I'm a LIFELONG boxing fan.....but MMA is winning a piece of my heart!!

I love boxing and always will. But right now, there are some terrific things happening in mixed martial arts. Including some things that they do right, and boxing does wrong.

For example:

1) The greatness of Anderson Silva
2) The controversy around Brock Lesnar
3) Having a single, passionate voice that represents the sport (even though I think Dana is an arrogant *******)
4) Women fighters
5) the 'mystery' around Fedor
6) The frequency of big matches
7) Making the best fight each other....mostly
8) Marketing specifically to younger crowds
