Well, the protestors have won some battles.

They've taken over half of the country, including major citits such as Benghazi.

So they DO have some weapons, just not nearly as much weaponry as Gaddafi's mercenaries.

They have a lot of courage and determination.

I hate the fact that the US has to come to the rescue to "fix" the problem. Doing so costs as billions if not more every time. What pisses me the **** off is the Libyan people has over 3 decades to make a plan to knock Gadhafi off. 3 fucking decades and instead the can't even defend themselves and are being slaughtered in the street like animals.


If they(Libyans) had been organized it wouldn't cost the international community as much as it will if NATO and the UN decide to step in.

don't underestimate the power of the mob. even an unarmed one.

soldiers are trained to fight other soldiers. most will hesitate in shooting unarmed civilians (especially their own)
