    Share your drills for training different aspects of boxing.
    E.g - Footwork, Jab, Straight, Hooks, Uppercuts, Head movement, Defense, Pressure, Power, Speed, Stamina etc.

    Come on guys help out the new guys with some useful information.

    hit a heavy bag with a med ball in an upper cut motion to put power into your punches.
