Very good fighter, very crafty. He can be outgunned, but knows how to neutralize that power. He could be a little better, but lacks that something special. Great stamina, great chin, great determination, regular speed, regular power, sounds like a solid, good Mexican fighter. Needs to add something to the arsenal. Doesn't have ko power, but if he's landing punch after punch on a fighter he could learn to accumulate those punches without punching himself out and be a good finisher. You don't have to be a big puncher to be a ko artist many have tko's and stoppages. He could work on his speed and power. Not to go toe to toe with powerpunchers like Kirkland, but sneak in a powerpunch and catch Molina's opponents off guard. Molina seems to be stuck on one gear too. He doesn't waste many punches.

Is above average but he needs to work the body more then he could get those kayo's he also has that kinda style that make you miss but he doesn't look so good doing it because I noticed from what I've seen of him he gets backed up a lot so it makes the other fighter look like there aggression is really doing something if he could start countering going forward a lil more instead of always back he might hurt more people also.Comment
