He's 40. rarely fights anymore and is usually 25lbs lighter than his opponents.

Emelianenko's weak point was always his physical conditioning. When he was at his prime his skill level was so high that it was just endearing to his fans that he didn't bother to get ripped.

As soon as he started aging, turned into a sack of potatoes.

After all those years of looking like a sack of potatoes he finally started fighting like a sack of potatoes.

Although thats not really fair either for this fight, cuz this fight was a fun, game of inches type fight. If Fedor had recovered just a lil quicker or Meathead a lil slower this result easily coulda went the other way. Thats how close it was if you actually saw it & aren't just saying "omg 74 seconds...what a bum Fedor is now" & didn't watch the fight.

Damn, one of the fighters i liked to watch lost. He should have retired awhile back. If this was during the Pride days, most likely it will not end up like this.

It's especially wild an outcome when you see the replay - Emelianenko appears to land the cleaner shot of the two but he fell down way uglier and couldn't get up as quickly. Mitrione capitalized immediately and that was that.

To Emelianenko's credit, the odds for the fight were pretty much dead even from what I could find. Idk anything about Mitrione but that probably means he isn't a total bum.

What's sad about this is that i've never seen this guy, didn't know what he looked like, could've been any race. But after reading that part I already knew what race he was.

Why can't people just let others be? If a group of predominantly black team of athletes don't want to visit Donald Trump at the White House let them be. They pay a lot more in taxes than he ever will.

Also, what a stupid thing to say, given that Mitrione does charity work for an anti-bullying program in Toronto according to his wikipedia page.
