I think the program, just uses existing photos, maybe from a video of the celebrity, learns it's face from all angle then maps that face on the ****star.

They say it uses a neural network AI.

You will get people just taking photos of instagram and facebook of people they know and making these videos as well.

You will need a powerful computer though, a 1080 GTX graphics card


Amazing what this face recognition software can do.

Missing persons may be a think of the past when the tech and identify people even disguised. There is even a gaydar software that can spot a gay dude just by looking at him, already it is operating at 70%
