Sure.

that's why I hate about the fact that Pac is the fighter of the decade. Pac clearly deserves it for 2007-2010. But fighters of the decade means the best fighters for the last 10 years. Hopkins, Mosley and Floyd have been more constant in the last 10 years imo.
