His answer is how I feel about the matter. My opinion means **** Im not a lawyer and dont have the knowledge he does.
Im not playing gottcha.
Dershowitz has become a Trump hack. He said the judge was wrong for locking up Manafort before his trial "based on an indictment". And likened it to poor minorities being locked up before going to trial. Manafort VIOLATED THE TERMS OF HIS BAIL!!! It is nothing like poor minorities being locked up with bails they can't afford. Manafort was bailed out and violated those terms. Dershowitz is a hack for Trump and he believes in absolute presidential power. He says the Trump isn't wrong in asking for loyalty from Jeff Sessions and it's the constitution that's wrong. I'm not listening to him.
"The President wasn't wrong when he said he wants his Attorney General to be loyal. It's the constitution that's wrong for allowing that kind of division to occur."-Dershowitz

Good post. I wasn't aware Dershowitz was so pathetic as to blame the constitution.
**** Manafort, should have been locked up a long time ago. Trump calling Manafort a "good man" shows a lot in relation to his personal ethics with relation to financial crimes.
An interesting day in all of this...I bet Stephen Colbert will be happy lol.
Cohen does need to worry about his money and tax fraud issues, because those are concrete, but his sudden change of heart about the Stormy Daniels payment to try and get a better deal is pathetic.
Michael Cohen in February 2018
"In a private transaction in 2016, I used my own personal funds to facilitate a payment of $130,000 to Ms. Stephanie Clifford," Michael Cohen said in a statement. "Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly."
Michael D. Cohen, Trump’s Longtime Lawyer, Says He Paid Stormy Daniels Out of His Own Pocket
“Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly,” Mr. Cohen said in a statement to The New York Times. “The payment to Ms. Clifford was lawful, and was not a campaign contribution or a campaign expenditure by anyone.”
