tried to cook a steak today and it came out tough,any chefs pls help

what's crazy is that i'm really good with eggs, i know how to make them perfectly over easy and i can make some badass concoctions with eggs. i can do scramble, over easy, omelets, sandwiches...

i made the most awesome omelet the other day. had caramelized onion, mushrooms, spinach, avocado, silantro, diced green onions, ham and of course cheese. then i sprinkled more cheese on top and i put a few drops or siracha hot sauce on it....it was pure heaven.

Damnnnnnnn that does sound really good. Siracha sauce is the best. I put it on everything.
