    do you guys prefer bodyweight exercises or do you like to lift weights. i personally like bodyweight and very little weights if any.

    I personally enjoy doing bodyweight exercises a lot more than weights. Plus you can do them anywhere so there's no excuse to skip a workout.

          i switch up my weight training. ill go the gym and do bench press and preacher curl and then do the rest of bodyweight exercises. then next time ill go and do tricep extensions and squats and the rest bodyweight exercises.

            I love lifting weights. I get bored pretty quick with body weights, and I HATE pushups cause we did like, 234,586,598 push ups a day when I was in boot camp/AIT in the army. Doing push ups till your arms give out and you bust your nose on the floor is not cool.

            But when I work legs, I would rather do stuff like squats and lunges then machines.
