      its goin around $3.30 here right now...def remember the $1.19 or so days...oh how i wish it were back..but its still better now then the $4.50ish a year ago

          I pay $3.37 per gallon now...not sure what that works out to in pounds. I think that's just about half what you would pay. I have a fairly efficient car (but American standards...sadly I have heard of European cars that routinely get 70 mpg whereas I only get 37) and I drive conservatively. I do this because I want to save money on fuel, not because I give a damn about speed limits.

            2.19443902 British pounds for a gallon by you. here its around £6 a gallon
