There's really nothing to differentiate when you add Lara to the mix among GG's potential opponents. All he and Decubas do is tweet. They claim they want GG but won't even talk to Haymon. Don't know why you people keep taking Lara seriously.

laras best win is either angulo or vanes. Let that sink in. When you finally get it, then come back and tell us why hes so great and him being a jr. middleweight should get a fight against someone who is going to pulverize him.

He couldn't even beat a lesser canelo. Stop crying already. You wouldn't even pay to see it.

How do you know they won't even talk to Haymon?
If you were that wise you wouldn't be a GGG fan

That's a very good question. The only explanation I can come to is that some reporters have an agenda to push

Most people can acknowledge agendas with left vs right on more realistic and heavier debates in the real world. Just look at Youtube comments on good political debates compared to boxing...

Again, Fischer has every right to say his criticism and we can't do anything about it. The least real boxing fans can do, and those that follow it's politics, should at least view things objectively. Most of the reasons why many like Trump are not remotely related to his vague and stupid speeches, it's his ideology that powers insecurities and the many racist Republican supporters fueling and aiding it, just like the bimbo Ann Coulter. Ann Coulter admits to her marketing tactics on book selling yet at the same time denies racism or who her target audience is.

If Lara were on Golden Boy or Top Rank, you'd easily see Fischer pushing for a Lara vs GGG fight. He can't because of conflicts of interest. Which is sad, and which is why New Media channels are much better. Montero Boxing is scripted material by Kim. Undisputed Network has its backers too..

              All sham paid writers.

They should just come out and state their biases so the reader knows beforehand which promoter, network, or fighter the writer is working for

You're missing the whole point. This isn't about lobbying for a Lara fight. This is about everything this writer said about Lara is more than applicable when it comes to Brook. Instead of applying the same standards to Brook as he did to Lara, he finds a way to justify the fight. Even going so far as to lie on Spence and dismiss the fact that Brook had a unification bout ready to go.

Oh, Decubas admits he's talking to Haymon now. Loeffler made him. On his own Decubas won't do anything other than tweet. He's hinting he's going to price themselves out. What a joke.

I mean part of being a boxing fan in this era is understanding who's talking & who their biases are for. Some are more vague & arguable than others. Dougie is CLEARLY in the pro-Arum, pro-HBO/K2, anti-PBC camp with his boy Steve Kim. And don't get it twisted Fight Hype will act like Tank Davis is the next Ray Robinson & that the sun rises & sets in Floyd's a$$hole. So its not like its not happening with all types of guys & promoters. Knowing that I think you gotta realize that Dougie, rightly or wrongly, has an alliance that has adopted a certain narrative which you are exposing & it just is what it is.
