Maybe, but if you're blessed with size why not use it? It's no different than a fighter having natural power or speed.

    But I agree.

A lot big challenges at 140.

    Who should he fight?
Someone with a bit of name recognition but not elite, maybe a Prescott. If he wants a title (not world specifically) he could take on Provodnikov.

It's only sparring and he is young but he looks very sloppy now and his infamous workrate is a lot less.

He needs to keep his hands up and work on a more powerful jab.

          The fight will never happen.

          Rios will move to JW.

          Gesta-Antillion could be fun.

he also struggled with that one guy. i think it was "James Hope" the ref stopped the fight VERY early because jose looked to be frustrated with hope.......

Benavidez is so young and so gifted already. I can see why Roach really thinks this kid will be a super star in the future.

He's a baby and already so far ahead of fighter so much older than him. I hope the kid continues to do well.

Your sig is making this post really ironic.

                    You should probably change it.

i agree...if trained right, i really do believe he could be the next big superstar. should be interesting. i dunno if roach is the right coach for him tho. he seems to be more of a cerebral fighter than what roach normally deals with.
