    here is my favorite way to shadow box take two 5 pound weights
    and while you shadow box punch with though weights in your hands
    thats incresses your musles

      Using weights in ur hands will shadow boxing can damage ur shoulders. Try using wrist wraps

        thats alittle bit to much using 5 lbs weights. I think that shams is right u should use wrist wraps...ur suppose to use the weights every other day...dont use them everyday cause ur going to gain alot of weight.

          lower the weight, 5 pounds is to heavy its gonna cause injuries down the road.

            Any added weight is harmful to your body...

            Just use heavy gloves.

                I Use 2-3 Pound Hand Weights, But Not Every Day Maybe Like Once A Week And Then Sshadow Box For Like 1 Round After A Couple With The Weights. I Use 10 Pound Weights And Straight Punch 10 Times With Those To Increase My Straight And Jab Power.

                  yeah, tahts definitely not a healthy thing to do. ******s at my school gym are always doing that with 25 pound dumbbells. I cant wait till they cant throw a baseball in 10 years.

                    i only shadowbox with weights in the water, and they are pretty light. underwater it feels very different, the shoulder feels less strain and much smoother punching
