From the people I know that have been put in a coma / been killed it has been shots to the temple. Nigel Ben cracked that guy on the temple and put him in a coma, and Sergey hit another guy on the temple and killed him.

Should they introduce special head gear that only protects the temples to stop/reduce deaths in the ring? Like a pair of goggles or a bra with two cups that go over the temples, so none of this clunky head gear that causes brain damage.
