Holt isn't that risky, he is fairly easy to outwork and when a guy is really firing he tends to not really open up even though he is a counter puncher.

It boils down to can Holt hurt him bad with one punch, which can happen as Holt can hurt a lot of people but if Dulorme is what people claim him to be he should dispose of Holt.
