  • Stretching for bagwork

    Before I go on the heavybag if I am gonna be including kicking then naturally i will do a stretching routine for my legs beforehand that i learnt at kickboxing. But if I am just boxing the heavybag is it neccessary to do any stretching, and if so what should I do????

    shoulders and triceps and biceps ......and warm your wrists up......warm ups are important
