Giving this thread another bump. Sucks that the best content on NSB gets buried by pure crap. People will STILL fill 10 pages arguing about May/McGregor but won't bother to learn about the science.

Even if people aren't ever going to train, it really helps to learn the anatomy of a fight is you're going to spend all day arguing about who won.
