    • I don't know if Guerrero is good enough to beat any welterweight, but he's sure tough enough. I'd like to see Guererro-Bradley, which can't happen the way things are with their promoters.

        • So I been thinking about Cotto-Mayweather lately, am I the only one who thinks that if Mayweather had turned up the heat he could've gotten Cotto out of there?

I'm thinking when he buckled Cotto's knees with an uppercut a few times in the 3rd/4th round, then just backed off and let him recover. (I'll rewatch and get back to you with some specific times, sorry guys!)

As well as when in the 12th, he turned it up made it look like a mismatch.

I think he could've stopped Cotto, but for various reasons, didn't.

So am I alone on this?

For obvious reason I'm not going to make this thread in NSB, so I chose this as the next best place.

          • Andre Berto is honestly one of the most over-hyped fighters in the history of the sport.

            He's poor beyond belief.

No style, no defense, no skills, nothing.

He's the latest in the series entitled "Fast hands = Skills"

See: Zab Judah and Amir Khan.

I honestly don't think he's on Judah or Khan's level.

Oh I agree, but the NSB trend seems to be to confuse handspeed with skills.

                    Yeah definitely.

Berto's been getting overrated for so many years now.

I don't know how many woeful performances he needs for it to sink in how bad he is.
