Surprised at how much i liked that movie. So glad tobey mguire's stupid face is no longer ruining spider man movies.

I hope they include this spider man in the next avengers movie.

Saw Ted and Bourne Legacy this weekend.

Ted was 8/10
Very funny flick and Seth as Ted carry's the film. Some joke were hit and miss. Mostly hit.

Bourne Legacy was 6.9/10
Some really intense action but had an uneven flow of the story-telling. The lack of closure sucked at the end.

it was a rewatch after several years since the first (and last?) time i watched this kurosawa flick... the setting for this film has got to be one of the most "western" in the great director's resume...

takashi shimura is an alcoholic doctor who comes across a gangster played by my man, toshiro mifune... its a gangster film that has very little violence... what it has is a very grounded display of the human condition...

its good but not great when one is talking about kurosawa's filmography...

Looper - 8/10, cool concept, right mix of quirky humour, action and plot.
