earlier today i ate a egg cheese and turkey pastrami on wheat(around 11:30 am)
then i took 2 riped fuel pills around 2 pm
i had two turkey and cheese sandwiches on whoel weaht bread with mustard
I took 2 more riped fuel around 5 15pm
i was in the gym from 530 till 8pm
(lots of heavy bag work, training and helping kids, jumprope, speedbag, pushups, jumping jacks, un and under jab workout)
a gallon of water through out the day
when i gto home i had a protien bar(i didnt feel liek making a shake)(around 830pm)
but i was hungry and made two more turkey and cheese sandwiches
on whole wheat with romain lettuce and mustard
do you think i ****ed up with too much carbs
or the fact that it was all whole wheat and i worked out alot i didnt do that bad
