Yeah. It's funny actually. ITV are in the running to get the rights in the UK, it's between them and Sky. ITV broadcast the press conference in London and Anthony Crolla was working for them and along with the other people working they were trying to sell it a bit as a fight and that Conor might stand some chance. They have to say that incase they get the rights and need to sell it.

Crolla is on another interview the very same day with one of the youtube boxing channels and he's saying its a mismatch and maybe Floyd ends it quickly lol.

Lampley is the biggest ****boy in boxing. Hands down. Complete cancer on the sport. Doesn't know anything about boxing. Guy has never threw a punch in his life but is always hating on the greats. The sport will be much better off when this bitter old cuckold bites the dust along with Larry Merchant. Pathetic HBO shill and Pacquiao dick rider. Also it's just sad, racist, and hypocritical the way he criticizes other athletes for domestic violence when he himself was arrested for beating a woman.

Actually I don't even know if it's fair to call Lampley an HBO shill. Guy might just be a dick rider for Pac, Loma, and the other HBO flavors of the month. He's always been jealous of Bernard Hopkins, Mayweather, Rigo etc... He is always trying to tear them and has never given them their props. He even shamelessly went from saying that fans need accept that steroids are a part of boxing, to smearing Marquez's reputation and calling for the sport to be cleaned up after his boytoy Pac got knocked the **** out.

I think he had high regards for mayweather. Merchant as well.

The Nevada Athletic Commission sanctioned this fight because the state stands to make a lot of money. Floyd and Conor are trying to make money, that's totally fine.
The problem is the commission, by sanctioning the fight, are trying to make it a legitimate contest, instead of the bad joke that it is.
Didn't the NSAC refuse to sanction an Andre Ward fight because it was a "mismatch"? The only difference here is that one of the fighters is named Mayweather.
