those achievements are rubbish
none of that rubbish even existed back when Armstrong was alive
if Armstrong fought in a era with 17-divisions and 100+ "champions"... rather than a era with 8-divisions and 8-champions... he would have truckloads of that rubbish
there are many fighters who are greater than Pacquiao
Mayweather for example (no idea why he came to mind).....
* tamed Pacquiao at 38yo
* schooled Canelo at 36yo
* schooled Marquez at 32yo (Pac nearly died trying this one)
* beat a lot more credible world champions than Pac did
* NO losses
that is why Mayweather ranks higher than Pacquiao
pac-tards go mental before/after every pac fight, been that way for years
