She didn't get into Judo and Jiu Jitsu until she was 18-19, so striking has always been her strongsuit.
And Holly got robbed against de Randamie, who landed half a dozen punches after the bell for both rounds 2 and 3 but wasn't deducted a point. And even without the deduction, most media outlets scored that fight for Holm.
Tate won worlds title in both Strikeforce and UFC. No way she's B-level.
Rousey is an incredible grappler. The ineptitude of her striking wasn't widely known until Holm exposed it, but that's because Rousey's intimidation, aggression, and Judo skills kept anybody prior to Holm from even being able to test her stand up skills. Just because Rousey can't punch doesn't mean she wasn't a great fighter. She was great enough at grappling to beat world class opponents without any punching skills.
And Holm has never been a power puncher in any sport. It's no surprise she couldn't knock out Cyborg or Nunes. She has only scored knockouts in about 20% of her combined pro fights, and many of those were on kicks.
And BKFC would be perfect for Holm. She's a precise puncher and most BKFC fighters are older, washed up boxers and MMA fighters anyway. She'd be stepping down in competition from UFC and it would eliminate her biggest weakness, which is ground fighting.
