Some groups do extremely well in America while some don't, it's not because of inequality but more of the cultural mindset. Jews and East Asians do extremely well in America. Why? Look at the culture they come with when they start out in America, even when some start out really poor. But all of this is politically incorrect to say so in this atmosphere, instead it better to blame whites, the system, the mythical man holding them down.

It is not politically incorrect to say. In fact its said all the time.

What people dont want to say is what plays are in their playbook.

Its stupid to say poor people are poor because they would rather blame others then work hard.

It’s obvious you don’t have research background. The comparisons you just made are ludicrous for research purposes. Even low level research would take those things into account. Look up their research and actually read it.

It's obvious you do not have access to or have read the research metrics applied to these studies. They rarely take into account every possible variable that should or could be applied when comparing wages.

The problem with these biased studies is that they don't take into account all of the variables. For example:

"The gender pay gap in the United States means that women make just 82 cents for every dollar that men do, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The problem is even worse for women of color. Black women made just 68 cents for every dollar white men did in 2017, BLS data showed, and Latina women made 62 cents on the dollar."

What this statistic does not include is whether or not these women were doing the exact same job as men for the same amount of years. Black women make just 68 cents for every dollar that white men did...but did they compare black female civil servants who are paid the same wages as white men? Or did they compare black female fast food cashiers to white male lawyers where there would be an obvious pay gap? Did they compare a black female first year lawyer to a white male tenured lawyer with a partnership? We can cook these stats to say what we want them to say.

Studies that I have read do not include all possible variables. For example, if they compared the salary of two accountants, one woman and one man, there is often something left out of the formula. In order to conduct an accurate assessment you need to consider age, years of experience, education, tenure with company, location (don't compare an accountant's earnings in NYC to one in Atlanta), and trends within certain companies and how they compensate their employees. Even then, there are no absolutes. Perhaps the woman earning less is a catty b!tch around the office and just not well-liked or respected, I can guarantee that will come into play. Or maybe the man goes the extra mile--is willing to go on last minute travel, is willing to work overtime, is willing to take on extra tasks around the office...there are a lot of intangibles that come determine your wages, not just what is on paper. Those intangibles aren't always quantified.
