Can someone please explain to me the difference between Lineal champion and Alphabet (ABC?) champion? And Lineal titles vs. Alphabet titles, and how the whole process works?

pac was an alphabet champion in 6 (112 , 122 , 130 , 135 , 147 and 154)

theres no process other than beating the undisputed champion thus inheriting the title via lineage
since champions in the alphabet era are rarely undisputed to start with, lineal champions are accordingly even more disputed
