  • Tips for Getting in and Out Quick ?

One thing boxers like PBF and Judah do is when they want to, they can get in throw a jab or two and get out before their opponent can counter.

I've been working on this but need some help

What is the correct footwork and foot position to get this done best ?

boxer2k5, looking at ur recent posts of late, i can see ur ring exp. is making u alot more humble and noble, good 2 see. a few losses and a few tough fites hardens u and makes u a better person and fighter as exp. contenders know.
ur posts used 2 be cocky and novice like. keep training up

anyways, Peter P, thats a tuff question depending on what stage ur at. in and out style is similar to what u see exp. and olympic standard amatuers do.
a common combo or style is flicking or pawing with the left hand ( sometimes not even touching ur opponent, then shooting right hand left, hook, right hand combos... uppercuts ...etc and jabbing on way out.

another tip, is ask ur trainer or someone exp. how 2 bork and do dummy punches, 2 get ur opponent 2 respond and see their openings.

alot of gettin in and out quick is about footwork!
practice shadow sparing where u bounce around on ur toes, practice bouncing around on ur toes ( in fighter stance), boouncing forward and back, and side to side and even over exaggerate.
however, sometimes doing this makes u a hit and run or " marathon runner" type fighter which go against u in competition.

seriously dude, ask an exp., trusted and respected boxer/ trainer about ur queries and u will be put in the right direction.
