    can i get some help on work outs and sets and conditioning routines for people who are trying to start boxing

      First off go to a boxing gym. Hitting the bags is great conditioning and more entertaing than anything else. If you are allready doing this. Then try and

      Run and Run and Run. You need to be able to do 3 seven minuete miles back to back. 6 min, would be better.

      Also do sprinting, as fast as you can for a minuete then jog, then sprint, then jog, as long as possible.

      Also pushups and crunches are good places to start off.

          If you mean lifting. Then do lots of reps, low weight, arms chest and back. Don't do any leg lifting.

          If you mean push ups and situps, then just alternate. 25 pushups, then 50 situps, then back untill you can't do it anymore. Different types of crunches are important too.

              yeah why no leg lifting? and joeboxer can you provide a list of workouts bench, incline, etc and set ands reps if not too much trouble
