Too hard...But I'll try and do one off the top of my head.

Ok here goes, and remember this is off the top of my head, no research. Actually What I will do is, do one right now, thinking on my feet, then do one with a few hours research, and see what changes and what I learn.

      Ok:

      20. Sandy Saddler
      19. Jack Johnson
      18. Rocky Marciano
      17. JCC Sr.
      16. Eder Jofre
      15. Marvin Hagler
      14. Carlos Monzon
      13. Joe Gans
      12. Pernell Whitaker
      11. Archie Moore
      10. Sugar Ray Leonard
      9. Benny Leonard
      8. Harry Greb
      7. Ezzard Charles
      6. Roberto Duran
      5. Joe Louis
      4. Willie Pep
      3. Muhammad Ali
      2. Henry Armstrong
      1. Sugar Ray Robinson

I think Duran is a bit overrated, in my opinion. I think he's a top 20 fighter but not a top 10 fighter.

I would probably have Fitzsimmons in the top 20, as well.
