Boxing is said to be one of the oldest sports. Hard for Americans to believe but in "The World", boxing is more famous than American Football. It's true.

Boxing is well known in every country execept India, China and Mongolia. American Football is only popular in USA and Canada. Soccer rules the entire world, its the undisputed king.

If boxing has been here for centuries, what makes you think it will just vanish in as short as 50 years? No way. I bet anything that Boxing outlives the NFL. People of the world have been exposed to the NFL but the sport is just not appealing to them. Boxing will always draw a crowd. Always no matter what.

A lot can change in 50 years, but humans have a love of violence and that won't change.

Lol.. it's not about violence. It's about passion and will, heart and desire.

You make it seem as if Wladimir is some animal.. there is a difference between violence and structured violence.

Boxing is not about two guys beating each other up.

Boxing is about when a massive underdog like Douglas knocked out Prime Tyson and broke into tears saying how his mother's death motivated him.

It's about a old old man like George Foreman knocking out a young champion and creating miracles

It's about Ali doing the impossible against a younger prime version of the old old man decades ago.

It's about nationality and the pride of Mexican fighters. It's about all of those things. It's not JUST about

'oh yaaa people ALWAYS LOVE violence duuhhhh cave man style'

People do also love violence though. That's why the casual fan peers in every so often.

I bet some ****s asked the same thing in 1950. 50 years later, Barrera-Morales happened. Boxing will never die.
