Stupid Question

ok i know this is a stupid questions but "Aero Skipping" is this just a fancy name for jump rope? or is there more to it than that i seen the word used in newspaper advertising a local martial arts place... just wondered if its summin i dunno about or just regular jump rope lol

aparently its a special designed jumprope, looks like a normal jumprope to me? just a plan 2 make more money or this thing better than normal ones? maybe jinx will know

good question? ummm i think its similar to skipping but you do mini-squats inbetween, so i have been told. :/
