A close relative of mine was arrested and accused of something "I'm not going to say what it was but they were multiple felonies" and the local media without knowing a single fact, posted everything in a viscous article not more than 24 hours later. He wasn't guilty of a single thing and the accusations were a mix of a misunderstanding and just blatant lies.

When the facts did come out, he was completely acquitted but the damage had been done because of the article that some ******* rushed to print. Even though he is totally innocent, he now has to move.

Never take the medias word for it, they are propaganda agencies with no ethics.

the hoax was on the cops.

they did raid/search that place because they thought there were bodies.

it's just the media reported they did find bodies. whether they exagerrated or more likely got a source with the wrong info.
