    Boxer competes in Masters when fights available in age bracket. (63 years). Trains 3 + hours every day. Keeps loosing weight, 5'9"
    now 160 lbs . Protrusion in lower abdomen becoming prevalent. Moody. Have to ad, Boxer used to extreme physical labor in former career.

    You're losing weight, so it seems as if your body isn't taking in enough calories to make up for the amount of exercise you're doing. Eat more calories. Overtraining is almost impossible if you eat enough calories for your body to function.

    However, if you're 63 years old I have no idea what your body is like. I'm around 1/3 of your age so it's hard for me to tell.
