    does this make u lose weight and tone up?? or is it jus good for stamina? would really help
    im tryna shed off sum fat, and i have no equipment, so whatever u got would be great

      Shadowing is only good for you to perfect your technique

        you could say it works for stamina but mainly it's for technique, make sure you use a mirror and hit yourself like you would if someone else was infront of you.

            eat less + work out more = lose fat

            running early in the morning would be better for toning up because then your body has no carbs in the system to burn for energy and instead uses fat. Interval training or HIIT is also really good because it raises metabolism for some time after the workout.

                Yeah I'd continue, other good equipmentless exercises:
                jumping rope
                burpees
                pushups
                bodyweight squats
                pullups
