Alright i was googling around and i came across that Nigel Benn did no sparring. How did he become so good with no sparring? What adjustments did he have to make? I found that very intresting.

I know Douggy DeWitt.. He went to school with my parents.. hyis brother stays in the bar 24/7 on the corner i used to hang out as a teenager.. Douggy wanted to train me back when i was like 10 years old but my mother didn't want me boxing.. i wish she wouldve let me i'd be a pro by now
