Sorry but Bernard is hand picking Cloud, Cloud is a green fighter with a low IQ like Pascal, Hopkins will do what he does hit and hold and move and use dirty tricks. But you can't blame Hopkins because his division just stinks nobody is great in that division no big names.

Agreed, Pacquiao would never move up two weight classes to fight The Ring champion of the weight class. And Pacquiao is not too fond of fighting younger and dangerous fighters like Trinidad, Taylor, Calzaghe, Pavlik, Pascal, Dawson.

Pacquiao had the chance to fight Lineal WW Champion Shane Mosley in late 2009; chose Miguel Cotto coming off a controversial decision over Clottey. He had the chance to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr in 2010, chooses Joshua Clottey because he didn't want to agree to OST. Had the chance to fight an undefeated Andre Berto in 2011...but chooses to fight Shane Mosley coming off a loss and a draw.
