Floyd was the better fighter during both their primes. Floyd will be remembered as a far superior fighter.

They are both 147 on fight night....what would happen if they fought?
Far superior maybe... but not a better fighter career wise.
Mayweather isn't a fighter anyway.. he is a business man who fights weak champions.

The same weak champiuons that Pacquiao is looking towards fighting? Don't forget that Pac has a master plan to fight Hatton.

Let's face it: the 2nd and 3rd morales fights were vs a dead Erik. And MAB was toast by the rematch.

That would be like Floyd rematching Corrales, etc. What was the point?

Floyd didnt have the same toolset to work with as an amateur as he did as a pro. The vast world of difference in skill comes from the fact that Pacquiao couldn't afford the luxry of an amateur career.

To be fair to Floyd though, Sugar Ray Leonard was also highly crticized for retiring right before a mega rematch with a certain someone as well but is still considered an ATG

Pacquiao is a greater fighter, he's fought better competition..the fact that he even has some losses proves he's not ducking anyone.

In a fight Mayweather might win, but p4p Pacquiao is better.

Yeah, Floyd hasn't lost, and won more titles in different divisions, and you say these guys are greater??? lol.
            who cares about a loss?

so duran sucks, ray robinson sucks? ali sucks? they all foughtt he best and fought plenty times.

the saying goes if you don't have any losses you ain't fighting the right people.

Mayweather completely outclassed Hatton and Corrales, both of whom were ranked top #10 p4p.

A lot of gays seem to like Mayweather, because of his effeminate, elusive fighting style.

But normal people like a real fighter like Pacquiao.
                  He obviously is.

Manny is nowhere near as big as Mayweather. It's different. That's like saying Kelly Pavlik beat Margarito so now that Cotto is fighting him it's the same thing? No it isn't. If Manny beats Hatton I'll be infinitely more impressed because he's the smaller guy. Mayweather beating Hatton was a foregone conclusion in many unbiased observers eyes. Mayweather was too big and too skillful for Ricky.
