Yes every day I do the aspirin regimen which is 81 mg this dose is sold everywhere and will prevent heart attacks . Everyone should go on the aspirin regimen when they turn 50 or if heart disease run in the family or if they have high cholesterol

Like someone posted it could mess up your stomach and stomach lining if you take it long term. Some people take baby asperin. Ask your doctor.
