Which is worse?

After my last thread I came to realize I got 2 friends who society would consider losers.

Friend 1: is a good dude. he works hard. most people who meet him says he's a real nice guy. kind of like the too nice to get the girl type. he still lives at home with his family at the age of 38. he's never had a girlfriend or really been on a date. if he has had sex then it would have to be with a pro since he's never had a girlfriend or been on a real true date. he never goes out to the bars or parties he just sticks to geeky things like comicon, and things like that. he pretty much has the im in no rush to meet a girl mentality.

Friend 2: is not really a good guy like Friend 1. he's pretty much a total sleaze ball. most people who meet him can't stand him cause he's extremely arrogant, argumentative, and confrontational. he has advanced college degrees but no one will hire him since he fails at interviews for being so unlikable. This guy also lies all the time about the women he dates to not sound like a loser, but once in a while he comes back to reality and stresses out about still being single and not being able to get any girls. I've personally never actually seen him with a girlfriend or on a date, but he claims he has a ton. if I had to bet id guess he too has never had a girlfriend or had legit sex not via a pro. This guy at least moved out of his parents home and owns a small 1 bedroom house on his substitute teacher salary in a poor neighborhood.

So who is worse? and why? Are they lost causes or is one better off than the other?

I have a friend like Friend 1 but just without all the ****o stuff. Friend 2 just sounds like a prick. Friend 1 sounds mellow and chill and friend 2 sounds like he starts sh it at parties and stuff

You are right friend #2 is a total prick. I always pay for his meals the last few times we met up so this time I didn't reach for the check as usual and guess what he assumes im buy him dinner again because I always do. This is after him claiming he won a bunch of money in vegas and on the packers losing that night.

All that prick does is biatch and moan about how he gets to bang all these girls but they aren't good enough for him to settle down. Truth is I've never once seen him with any of these girls, never seen pics or evidence of any of them all he does is LIE LIE LIE to try to not sound like a total loser. You are right he's a total loner because no one wants to remain friends with him because all he does is LIE or get into pointless arguments with everyone and no jobs want to hire him because he starts to argue/debate with the person interviewing him to try to prove that he's superior than the interviewer.

he's the type who would hire an escort to his high school reunion and pay her to pretend shes his model girlfriend but he's unemployed so he could only afford the really busted nasty ones lol. he's the type that stalks any female he can get access to. one time in college he stalked this girl in our dorm to the point that she had to switch dorms cuz he creeped her out that much.

so soon as she switches dorms guess what he does? he sent her $200 worth of flowers! everyone told him to stop or he'll end up getting arrested.
