Can someone tell me why a well done steak is considered a waste?.

I had a well done fillet steak and it was easily the best meal i've ever had.

I have only ever ate well done steak though, i may try medium next time.

I was a person that well done streak was the only way I ate it until I tried medium rare and it taste ten times better, the juices are still there...I recommend

I believe it was called a "Filet Mignon", and it wasn't tough at all and very juicy.

Plus i had the peppercorn sauce which is out of this World.

Rare to Medium rare is the only way to eat a stake. I don't accept any other way. Blue rare is fantastic as well.
