    Bannana's are very good for potasium(Spelling) which will help with cramping and what not as well.

        I eat fruits (oranges,apples,bannannas,grapes,watermelon, etc) I usually eat a small amout, cuz i hate feeling too full.

          anything with Carbs, like Pasta for example would be a great pre fight meal, remember Carbs = ENERGY!

            Fruits man I usualy eat an apple a banana and a plate full of strawberries about a half an hour before

            did you know sniffing cinnamon realses adrenaline you might wanna give that a try
