Why would Trump get into a battle he can't win? Is it to garner sympathy & support from his base? But that doesn't make any sense because his base holds the constitution near & dear to them. They wouldn't support such a clearly unconstitutional, bordering on illegal (trespassing) move by the commander in chief, would they?
It's not a question of Constitutionality you buffoon.

Pelosi "suggested" Trump hold off on the SOTU address.

Trump said today he isn't going to hold off on it and plans to give it when and where it was initially scheduled.

He's put the ball in Pelosi's court now.

She has the right to tell Trump he cant do it in the House chamber, and then Trump will simply find another venue (my guess would be the Senate chamber).

    Will she or wont she?

Either way it's all on her now.

If you understood basic negotiating tactics as opposed to playing stupid Gotcha! games, this would have been clear to you already.

      Exactly.

Now if true, that's witness intimidation. That's a felony.

That would be the impeachment Team D and their superfans have been after for 2 years.

All Lanny has to do is provide evidence of this witness intimidation and its Game Over for Trump.

So I'm sure Lanny will be providing proof of this charge any second now.....

They might not be firmly with him.
Venezuelan military officers are moving away from Nicolás Maduro and many agree with the opposition that he’s technically become a dictator since his Jan. 10 inauguration, but they are not willing to lead an insurrection, according to officers in exile who claim to be in contact with others on active duty.

But they are also not willing to repress massive opposition protests like the ones that shook the country in 2002, 2014 or 2017.
