The Jan. 26 card featuring a main event of Lucas Matthysse vs. Mike Dallas Jr. had 1,137 tickets sold and another 376 given away for free, according to figures provided by the Nevada State Athletic Commission. Another 145 tickets went unsold.

The 10-fight card — held at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and aired on Showtime and Showtime Extreme — pulled in a total gate of $116,925. That is an average of $102.84 per ticket sold.

Lol at those Matthysse fans that wanted Judah vs Garcia cancelled. The Barclay center will hold 17000 minimun. The real question is why is Matthysse fighting in Vegas? He needs to be fighting in NY, LA, or DC where the Argentine fanbase can come out and support their own.

Let me tell you something man this doesn't have anything to do with race you call a spade a spade i'm black but even i gotta give the dude props Mattyse is a monster, and i'm telling you right now Golden Boy is protecting Danny Garcia. They don't want no parts of Mattyse they ain't stupid. I'm not saying Danny Garcia can't win but there is no way on God's green earth that Garcia can just walk throught Mattyse. Mattyse ain't gonna quit and has a chin a punches hAAAArd, Garcia aint walking through him in no 4 rds. I don't care how many tickets the dude sold it's an excuse period that has nothing to do with whether you can fight or not and Keith Kizer anybody connected to Golden Boy or team Garcia when somebody bring up Mattyse name watch the excuses they come up with. They know that boy Mattyse is a problem they can't just go in there and walk all over dude it won't happen it's to dangerous of a fight so they are ducking him period.

Why would they bring up how many tickets the Mattyse fight sold nobody ever thought that Mattyse was some big seller but they starting it all ready they are trying to protect Garcia already so when they duck Mattyse and go for a Khan rematch they gonna try that he don't sell enough tickets ish, basically it's the fight is gonna be extra hard you might even beat me so ima use your ticket sales as a reason to duck you. I only fight guys that are old and have shown in the past that they will quit,and are worn out, i can't fight no hard fights man i gotta get my money smh. Matyse would rock Garcia's world.
