If the explanation for why things fall to the ground is because they are heavier than air...in other words, density. Then why do things seem to float in a zero g plane?

The air pressure above the balloon is less so the denser air below forces the balloon up. Once the air pressure pushing it up equals the gravitational force holding it down it stops rising. Add mass to the balloon and it will decend. So summing up anything that can leave the surface of the earth is an antgravity device. Your an anti gravity device if you get out of bed raise, your arm, walk etc. Gravity is experienced every day by everyone.

Actually we're experiencing density and buoyancy. Gravity is something scientists made up to explain why water is sticking to a ball flying around space at thousands of miles per hour.
