The reason that there isnt more exciting fights on HBO is because Al-Haymon is a criminal who uses blackmail and bribes to get his **** fighters tons of money despite none of them having any fans/media power, thus ensuring that HBO has no more money for other fights so they cancel abunch of dates and make fights like DAWSON-BHOP on PPV.

Cuz Al-Haymon sez "pai my byms da chedda homie befo da Al-Haymon twins kill yo family cracka ass cracka"

Word on the street is that HBO execs will die if they dont pay Al-Haymon his extortion money.

Fights on HBO lately have been filled with mismatches. Vernon Paris and Tim Coleman were competing with each other last night in a competitive match before Paris got the upper-hand and hurt Coleman to the body.

Seriously. Hopefully Greenburg's departure can go some way towards this.

FNF and Showtime broadcasts are just so much more fun. It's not even just the match-ups, it's that you don't get preached to about the ills of boxing, and just have to deal with a a prevalent negative vibe - like you do with HBO.

Yet, he is managed by Al Hayman and gets million dollar paydays for fighting nameless no-hopers. Al Hayman is tight with Kerry Davis and also has a stable of muscial talent like Beyonce that he can use as leverage with HBO. Hayman's fighters get preferential treatment and it is hurting HBO, and in turn, hurting boxing.
If you see Andre Berto on FNF beating the 20th ranked guy in the division you would be going "wow, this dude is a superstar! Get him on HBO!" He would be blowing the doors off these kids. ESPN has guys trying to make a name and get that check, of course there is going to be better scraps when you're fighting for that big payday and it's sink or swim. HBO on the other name has the stars, the real athletes and more times than not the fight is going to be one sided because these are the best fighters and have separated themselves from the rest.
