            I have a protein shake right after finishing, then a meal about 30-60 min later.

                  I have a protein drink and eat a ground beef (80/20) mixed with corn and tomatoes/onions and some tomatoes sauce type of gitup and im good. comes out to about 600 calories and 43g protein.
