i have been trying to get in shape for a couple of months but i have been yoyoing if you know what i mean because i fractured my hand and could not go to the gym!!! but i have been remotivated
what i need is some examples of like a weekly meals or daily meals so i can get some ideas about it!!
also i wanna know what someone who wants to drop weight does in the gym!!! nothing hardcore just a good solid cardio session!!
