It is justified unless you got an F in Math in school which im assuming many on here did that they cant see its out pricing yourself out of a title fight from an ACTUAL champion not a guy who just won a title from Glaskov .

Martins pay would not dictate what others get from here on in , anyone who fights Joshua even getting 20% would get more than what average challengers get bc Joshua rakes in that kind of money . The fact they paid Martin that amount doesnt mean anything with the % of what they get from Joshua deals ,you just dont get it and neither does Parker apparently . lol

I don't get Team Parker's approach. They are obviously trying to do their negotiating in public. I think Charles Martin was paid a flat fee whereas Joseph Parker has been offered a percentage. I believe Martin was paid $6-7 million? So $3.5 million for Team Parker would have to be less than 25%. I really doubt Matchroom offered them that little. Saying "we want at least the same as Martin" doesn't work because AJ has grown massively since then as a brand. If Martin got 40%/$7 million, then 40% now would likely be over £10 million.

Charles Martin got 8.5 million and a split of the PPV! Anthony Joshua is ducking!
