i don't know. someone in nsb said clark county , nevada makes celebs serve out their full time.

but normally people only serve half or 2/3 of their sentence. maybe even less.

in l.a. county , for normal people it's like half time.

for non-violents even less.

even high power (high risk , dangerous inmates) it's like 66%-75% of your time.
