Joshua is the "International Champion", which is worth about as much as Wilder's WBC belt. Neither fought the actual champion. Paper titles.

Parker is very good. A little more raw and kind of slaps a little more with the right hand right now - that will smoothen itself out. He's quicker than Joshua too.

However - right now? Who would win? Joshua by demolition. It might be different in a couple of years.
